At Auto Drive Scan, all products are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical items.
Digital Product Delivery
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your vehicle history report will be generated and delivered electronically via email to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery Time
Most reports are delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. Delivery time may vary depending on:
- System processing time
- Database response time
- High traffic volume
- Incorrect email entry

Customer Responsibility
- Ensure your email address is entered correctly
- Ensure your VIN number is accurate
- Ensure your payment is successfully completed
Technical Issues
If delivery fails due to a technical error, we will re-send your report or provide support to access it. Please contact us immediately.
No Physical Shipping
Auto Drive Scan provides digital vehicle history reports only. We do not ship printed reports, physical documents, or any physical products.
