3. VIN Accuracy Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct 17-digit VIN. Auto Drive Scan is not responsible for incorrect VIN entries or reports generated for wrong vehicles due to user error. Reports from incorrect VINs are non-refundable.
4. Digital Product Delivery
- Reports are delivered via email
- Delivery time may vary depending on system processing
- Once delivered, digital products are considered accessed and non-returnable
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD. By purchasing, you authorize the payment method used. Charges are final once the report is generated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Reports successfully generated and delivered are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted for technical errors or duplicate charges.
7. Third-Party Data Sources
Auto Drive Scan compiles information from government databases, insurance records, salvage records, auction databases, and third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee all information is complete or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
Auto Drive Scan is not liable for decisions made based on report information, vehicle purchase losses, indirect damages, or data inaccuracies from third-party sources. All reports are provided “as is”.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, design, and reports are the intellectual property of Auto Drive Scan. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
10. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, refuse service, and report fraudulent transactions.
