📌 No Physical Returns
All products are delivered digitally. No physical returns are applicable.
💳 Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment for the same report
- Technical error preventing report generation or delivery
- You were charged but did not receive your report
- Report is incomplete or inaccessible due to a system issue
- Incorrect VIN processed due to a system error (not user input)
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect VIN entered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase or after report delivery
- Dissatisfaction due to limited or unavailable data
- Misinterpretation of report content
- Failure to review product details before purchase
- Delays caused by third-party data providers

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
